Rey is r6 no ultimate. Only can’t do interceptor or malgus. Ideally we'd have your swgoh.gg so we can see what you have with gl rey. I was able to do Maul, Ben Solo, and Jango with Rey, 3PO, Hero Bros and JTR. 5 zetas on Rey, 2 zetas on 3PO and no other zetas. I didn't get three stars, and a couple times I had to restart.Sockenolm. The best team you can build from her requirements includes the hero bros and 1-2 tanks (JTR, Holdo, or L3 if you have her.
