Hey guys. Im a 68W thats scheduled to ship out to BCT at Fort Sill in about 2 months. Wanted to know if anyone had some tips for me on getting through BCT. Also, I needed some other help. Im basically skin and bones. Im 6'4" and weigh about 148-150lbs. I NEED to gain weight bad! Ive tried eating a lot of protein. Not working out too well so far ...
