Lump on my left rib cage

I have this hard round ball like thing right underneath my kind of lower ish rib cage. I can slightly depress it but can't move it side to side. It has been there for a long time. I can feel it clip my rib cage when I crunch my torso sometimes. It's midnight where I am so kind of worrying but wondering if you guys have any advice?
