Shop guy said 7k to put in a new engine. Timing chain was loose. There was 3 quarts low on oil. Metal shavings in oil. The chain had dinged up the pace where the chain was. He refuses to replace chain. And will only put a new motor in it. Indy shop. I owe 180 for oil change and diagnostic, which is fine.
