So, now that we're almost six months in with Borderlands 3, has anyone managed to figure out what "Substantially increases luck" means exactly? I've been trying to find a definitive answer ever since I found my first one, and I still have yet to find an explanation for how the relic actually works. I want to know how much luck the lucky dice gives you too though. I'd assume significantly more than 12 but confirmation from somewhere would be nice. So, I have both the legendary Loaded Dice artifact and a Lucky Fire Stone artifact.
